SO! here i am, sitting on my Larry.... whilst the others are possibly in bed....!

I've looked at the different colours we've started using and feel that we need to work on the type of colours. I think they look a bit wish-washy and need a bit of excitement so that they stand out a bit more. The bits of green screening we have done so far looks good too and we need to continue with this.

4 more lessons left....i think we'll be ok.....

We have a full content list of what we need on our blog.
People liked our location research and our initial ideas which showed development.
Good green screen and graphic design planning and our animatic.
All of our ideas were shown clearly and it was understandable- showing development and the process we went through.
We mostly got level 4 from other groups which is excellent planning.We also got level 3 which means proficient planning indicating that we need to add more detail to our blog.


Targets
Our test footage needs more editing to keep it interesting, we have got more editing ideas from other blogs.

Location Research

We hope to vary our locations and use as many different random backgrounds to make our piece bright and bold and colourful!

The band footage will primarily be infront of bright, colourful wallpaper patterns. we will be shooting this in poppys house as she has a few different places in her house with patterned wallpaper and backgrounds that will be perfect for our video. This is where we will shoot our band scene together.

The ipod advert has been an inspiration for our video. We will use green screen and edit the footage on photoshop.

Green screen will be used in our video, we will use bright colours for a background we are going to use a vast ammount of green screening in our piece.

We are thinking of using a garden for one of our locations, the idea is to have bright flowers and possibly decking for a makeshift stage. We are also going to test this idea at night with spotlights and colour filters.

Test Footage

This is out test footage, we tested the use of the green and black screen. Also we had a shot of a guitar and also of people dancing. The editing is just a rough cut and the lip syncing isn't right but we hope this gives you a general idea of the end product we hope to achieve.

We are currenlty planing a layout of our filming of our test footage and we are also deciding on what we are going to film and how we are going to present it..our production is going well and we hope that the filming also goes smoothly and includes an idea of what our piece will look like as it progresses!! this will be an indication of how our final piece could look in the future and we may keep concepts of what we film for our final piece.
